As part of our team, you’ll also represent and handle all communication for our partner company, Spark Home Staging, which specializes in transforming homes for sale with expert staging and design.
About the Job
As our Client Guide and Order Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring every order is fulfilled smoothly and every client interaction is memorable. You’ll manage communications, oversee order details, and help drive our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Guide clients through every step of their rental experience, ensuring all promises are kept and expectations are exceeded.
- Accurately manage all order details, documentation, and communications.
- Maintain and grow our core marketing channels, including Instagram, email, and sales materials.
- Track and present key metrics to ensure process excellence.
